after his test pilot flies off the "hours". He moved his project ahead by buying

Torello Tacchi's Coot in Florida, and by mounting an engine/pylon off a Lake Amphibian.

He plans to build and mount auxiliary sponsons before he flies off the beautiful lakes nearby.
